Hello my dear Fans!  

As i told you before i decided to compete again this season at the german championships in Stuttgart.

I have worked with big help from my coach an manager to improve my weak points and come real shredded to the show.

I made a totally different kind of posing routine and changed my classical musik to put more exiting moves,

The first time onstage after 2 Years off was very exciting for me

but everything worked perfect.

I improved my legs and i was quit shredded without getting the water out of my body before.

So i felt very comportable with my condition.

Many thanks to my trainer and manager René de Homont for his work during my off season and preparation

and his work backstage und also many thanks to my boyfriend Tino Schleip for

beeing the first time backstage, helping me and my trainer getting me in shape.

Of course my biggest tanks to all of my fans for your very positive feedbacks

and compliments that you gave to me.

That made me very happy and showed me that the hard work before had been the right way.

You all are so cool and the best fans !!!!!!!

I really enjoyed beeing onstage again und i am really looking forward to meet much fans at the

Mr and Ms Universe in Hamburg at the 29th of november 2008.
