Hello my dear fans,

First i have to say thank you very much for your mails and for your appreciation, admiration and not to forget for your faith for the last years.

In the last two or three years i got some other priorities in life so i want to inform you that i and my man Tino will become parents at the end of september.

We are really looking forward to this new challenge and we will enjoy the time with our baby.

But i still looking forward to answer your question about training or nutrition an so on.
